- Nature of Service
I provide gemstone sourcing services based on client requirements, including identification, selection, and export of natural gemstones sourced primarily from Sri Lanka.
- Gemstone Characteristics
All gemstones are natural products and may contain natural inclusions, color zoning, or variations. Photos and videos are provided for reference; minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and natural characteristics of gemstones.
- Pricing & Payments
Prices are agreed upon before confirmation. Once payment is made, sourcing and preparation for export will begin. Prices may vary based on market availability and quality requirements.
- Certification
Gemstones can be sent for independent gemological certification upon client request. Certification fees and additional time required will be borne by the client.
- Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent via FedEx or an equivalent courier. Estimated delivery is within 3 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes
The buyer is fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their country. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
- Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom sourcing nature of the service, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the gemstone materially differs from the agreed specifications.
- Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for losses resulting from courier delays, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond my control once the shipment has been dispatched.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
